摘要
失业保险基金的待遇给付是失业保险制度能否得到落实、失业人员是否能够获得有效保障、失业保险运行是否正常、失业保险工作是否有效率的一个极为重要的环节。可以说失业保险基金的筹集与运行其目的就是为了保障失业保险待遇给付的顺利实现。在确定这一制度时,有几个主要问题需要得到解决。一是待遇给付对象范围与条件的界定;二是给付项目与给付标准的界定;三是失业保险待遇的发放与管理。
The payment for unemployment insurance is very important for the realization of unemployment insurance system, effective protection for the unemployed, normal implementation of unemployment insurance, and whether the operation of unemployment insurance is efficient or not. This paper focuses on the definition of the scope, qualification of the offered, and the definition of payment item and its standard, and the payment and management of unemployment insurance as well.
