摘要
中小企业面临激烈的市场竞争,如何根据自身的特点,提升市场竞争力,促进其进一步发展是一个重 要课题。文章分析了中小企业生存发展理论,指出了中小企业自身发展的优势和在国民经济中的作用和地位。 并从市场营销竞争力的角度讨论了中小企业经营战略和营销策略的选择。
Medium-and small-sized enterprises have to encounter Gerce market competition. Therefore, it is an important subject how to improve their market competitive capability and promote their development with their own characteristics. After analyzing the theories concerning the existence and development of medium-and small-sized enterprises, this article points out these enterprises' unique development advantages and their role in national economy. Finally it discusses the selection of business and marketing strategies for these enterprises.
