摘要
交通拥堵已成为城市发展的一个瓶颈,在探讨如何解决交通问题时,我们不得不审视城市整体规划的理论、理念和手段。而确定规划重要参数的依据更显得格外重要。本文力求从交通源的产生-城市空间开发总量-土地承载能力-各种资源、城市各功能要素等研究主线,提出建立城市空间发展巨系统(计算模型),并动态进行跟踪、监测和调整,从而确立城市规划向着更加科学、更加先进方向迈进。
Traffic block has become a bottle neck of urban development. When we approaches how to solve traffic problem, we had to look closely at the theory, ideas and means of urban integral planning. However the basis for determinationof the important planning parameters seems very importance.
