高血压病患者脉压与心率变异指标相关性分析 被引量:11

The relationship between pulse pressure and heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertension

摘要 目的探讨高血压病患者脉压与心率变异的关系。方法对2002年12月至2003年3月期间我院所收治的高血压病住院患者进行脉压及心率变异指标分析。结果(1)不同的脉压组中,患者年龄、性别构成、收缩压和舒张压均不同。(2)脉压与心率变异指标:全部正常RR间期的标准差(SDNN)、24h内连续每5minRR间期平均值的标准差(SDANN)、低频功率与高频功率之比(LF/HF)的相关系数分别为-0.226、-0.277、-0.361,其P<0.05、<0.01、<0.001。结论在脉压较大患者中,患者的年龄较大,女性患者的比例较高,收缩压和舒张压均较高,且提示自主神经系统与脉压变化相关。 Objective To reveal the relationship between pulse pressure and heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The data of all patients diagnosed as essential hypertension from Dec 1 2002 to Mar 31 2003 were registered and analyzed. Results There were differences in mean age, gender, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in different pulse pressure groups. The correlation coefficient of pulse pressure with heart rate variability parameters SDNN, SDANN and LF/HF were -0.226 (P<0.05) , -0.277 (P<0.01)and -0.361 (P<0.05). Conclusions The older and woman patients and patients with both higher SBP and DBP tend to have greater pulse pressure, which indicate that the autonomic nervous system may be involved in variation of pulse pressure.
