摘要
介绍一种针对专门用于火灾损伤后混凝土强度测试的智能超声诊断系统的原理和硬件设计。给出了智能超声损伤诊断仪及其智能转换器的原理框图和具体设计方法。将其应用于火灾损伤后混凝土强度的实际测试中,测试数据证明该智能诊断装置比传统的超声仪有着更高的声时测量精度、为准确推断评定火灾后混凝土强度提供一种新型的仪器装置。
The principle and hardware design of an intelligent diagnosis system used in the testing of concrete intensity damaged after fire are introduced. The principle frame graph and achieving methodology of an intelligent ultrasonic damage diagnosis device and an intelligent transformer are given. It is used in testing of concrete intensity after fire practically. It is proved that the intelli gent ultrasonic diagnosis device is better than traditional ultrasonic device in sound - timing measurement precision, which provides a new device for accurately deducing the concrete intensity after fire by great amount of testing data.
