摘要
采用自行设计的次侧方内括约肌切开加双缘结扎术治疗 期肛裂 60例 ,测定手术前后肛门直肠压力 ,评价新术式治疗 期肛裂的临床疗效及其对肛门功能的影响。结果显示术后患者肛管静息压显著降低 ,与术前比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;肛管最大收缩压与术前比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。提示 :次侧方内括约肌切开加双缘结扎术能有效地解除内括约肌痉挛 ,从根本上消除高肛压 ,从而彻底治愈肛裂 。
To treat 60 cases of anal fissure at Ⅲ phase with the self-designed lateral sub-incision of internal sphincter plus ligation of both borders,measured the anorectal pressure before and after operation and evaluated the clinical curative effects and influences on the anal function of the new type of operation performanced to treat anal fissure at Ⅲ phase.The result shows that the post-operative anal rest pressure was much lower than that before operation,and there was a great difference between them.(P<0.01).The maximum systolic pressure of the anal canal after operation had no difference with that one before operation.The lateral sub-incision of internal sphincter plus ligation of both borders can effectively relieve spasm of the internal sphincter and fundamentally eliminate the high post-operative anal rest pressure as well as not affect the anal function of contraction,thus cure the anal fissure thoroughly.
