头电针对正常人脑葡萄糖代谢的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :观察头电针对正常人不同脑区葡萄糖代谢的影响。方法 :6例健康自愿者均接受头电针治疗 ,穴位为顶中线 (MS 5 )、额中线 (MS 1)和双侧额旁 1线 (MS 2 )。电针前后分别接受正电子发射型计算机断层显像 (PET)检测 ,设置感兴趣区 (ROI) ,将各区所得葡萄糖代谢放射性计数采用半定量方式于电针前后进行配对t检验。结果 :头电针能显著升高双侧额叶、尾核、左侧扣带回和小脑的葡萄糖代谢。结论 :电针正常人顶中线、额中线和双侧额旁 1线能提高部分脑区的葡萄糖代谢。 Objective To observe the effect of scalp electroacu puncture on glucose metabolism in different brain regions by positron emission computed tomography (PET). Methods Six healthy people received scalp electroacupuncture at the Middle Line of Vertex (MS 5), the Middle Line of F orehead (MS 1) and bilateral Lateral Line 1 of Forehead (MS 2). And they receive d PET examination before and after electroacupuncture. Then cerebral regions of interesting (ROI) were set up and their average glucose metabolisms were counte d half-quantitatively and compared. Results Scalp electroacup uncture could significantly increase the glucose metabolisms of healthy people in b ilateral frontal lobes and caudate nucleus, left cingulated gyrus and cerebellum . Conclusion Electro-scalp acupuncture at MS 1, MS 2 and MS 5 can increase glucose metabolism in certain cerebral regions of healthy people.
