摘要
目的 :观察不同脂肪酸构成比 (饱和∶单不饱和∶多不饱和 )食用调和油对高脂血症患者血脂代谢的影响。方法 :6 2名年龄 4 0~ 70岁的高脂血症患者随机分成 3组 ,分别使用脂肪酸构成比为 0 .2 7∶ 1∶ 1 ( 组 )、 0 .2 7∶ 0 .6 0∶ 1 .4 0( 组 )和 0 .2 7∶ 0 .4 4∶ 1 .5 6 ( 组 )的食用调和油共 1 2周 ,在实验前和实验后每隔 4周抽取外周静脉血检测 TG、 TC、 HDL- C、 L DL - C、 Apo AI和 Apo B。结果 :实验第 1 2周后 TG、 TC和 L DL - C水平在 、 组中明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ; 、 组第 8、 1 2周 TG、 TC和 L DL - C水平较实验前下降值与 I组相比差异皆有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 、 组间下降差异无显著性 ;第 1 2周后 HDL - C和 Apo AI水平在 组中降低明显 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,和 、 组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。另外 ,Apo B水平和 Apo AI/ Apo B比值在 3个组中的变化差异均无显著性。结论 :脂肪酸构成比为 0 .2 7∶ 0 .6 0∶ 1 .4 0的食用调和油对高脂血症患者具有较好的降脂效果。
Objective:To observe the effects of compound cooking oil with different fatty acid compositions(SFA∶MUFA∶PUFA) on plasma lipoproteins of hyperlipoproteinemia patients.Methods:62 hyperlipoproteinemia patients aged from 40 to 70 years old were randomized into three groups.Compound cooking oil of fatty acid compositions 0.27∶1∶1(group Ⅰ) or 0.27∶0.60∶1.40(group Ⅱ) or 0.27∶0.44∶1.56(group Ⅲ) was used by one of three groups respectively for 12 weeks.Fasting plasma was taken before and every four weeks after the experiment for detecting the total triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),cholesterol in high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),cholesterol in low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),apoprotein A1(ApoAI) and B(ApoB).Results:The concentrations of TG,TC and LDL-C fell greatly with group Ⅱ and Ⅲ at 12 weeks after experiment(P<0.05).The falls of TG,TC and LDL-C at 8 and 12 weeks after experiment were greater in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ than those in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).Where as no significant differences of falls occured between group Ⅱ and Ⅲ.The concentrations of HDL-C and ApoAI fell greatly in group Ⅲ after 12 weeks(P<0.05) which are markedly different compared with those in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05).However there were not significant changes of concentrations of ApoB and ApoAI/ApoB among three groups.Conclusions:Compound cooking oil with 0.27∶0.60∶1.40 fatty acid compositions is helpful for decreasing plasma lipid in hyperlipoproteinemia patients.
