介绍了陶瓷过滤机的基本原理和生产使用情况 ,针对陶瓷过滤机处理的不同物料 ,阐述和探讨了化学清洗机理 ,说明硝酸、草酸和矿浆pH值在陶瓷过滤机清洗过程中的作用 ,并解决了生产中碰到的清洗问题。
The basic principles and applications of a ceramic filter are described. In light of characteristics of various materials, its mechanism of chemical cleaning is discussed. The effect of nitric acid, oxalic acid and pH value of pulp on ceramic filter cleaning is explained. Some problems in the ceramic filter cleaning are solved.
