关节突关节螺钉在腰椎融合术中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 关节突关节螺钉固定的生物力学性能接近于椎弓根螺钉,在腰椎融合术的融合率及临床效果也相似,是除椎弓根螺钉之外另一个较为可靠的选择。本文综述了关节突关节螺钉的生物力学特性和在腰椎融合术中的应用进展。
