摘要
阐述了聚酰胺11固体粉末涂料的制造方法、粉末涂膜的性能和抗化学药性,以及该涂膜在汽车传动轴上的应用,介绍了洒涂法、冷喷涂法、流化床浸渍法和静电喷涂法等的优缺点,并对这些涂敷工艺进行了比较,分析了涂膜表面桔皮和缩孔产生的原因,指出缺陷成因与粉末表面张力、粘度和粉粒的曲率半径密切相关。
This paper presents PA11 solid paint material's producing ways,properties of anti chemical drug,powder paint film and its application in propeller shaft.Also introduces some advantages and disadvantages of sprinkle paint,cool spray paint,stream-bed dipping paint,and static spray paint etc,and comparisons between these paints technologies,causes analysis of film orange surface and shrink hole,in the end,this paper points out that defect causes are related to powder surface tension,viscidity and curvature radius of powder.
