摘要
目的 探讨胃肠道肿瘤手术后早期肠内营养的临床应用。方法 选择 2 0例胃肠道肿瘤患者术后早期实施肠内营养。结果 2 0例患者无吻合口漏、腹腔及切口感染等并发症。肠功能恢复快 ,术后营养状况与术前相比差异无显著意义。
Objective To study the feasibility of early enteral nutrition after radical operation on patients with gastro intestinal carcinoma.Methods 20 patients with gastro intestinal carcinoma were given early enteral nutrition in 24h after operation.Results There were no complications such as leakage of anastomosis,abdominal or wound infection and so on happened in all 20 patients and intestinal peristalsis happened in 2～3 days.Conclusion Early enteral nutrition is safe and effective after radical operation for gastro intestinal tumor and can decrease hospital cost.
