布朗李叶枯病在湖南布朗李树上一般株发病率为20%~35%,叶发病率10%~25%,病情指数10~25;严重地区株发病率达100%,叶发病率50%~70%,病情指数25~35.病原菌为Macrophoma kawatsakai Hara.病菌从叶尖或叶缘侵入,形成叶枯或半圆形的病斑.实验室药剂筛选证实,抑制该菌菌丝生长效果良好的化学药剂有:70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、 40%菌克星可湿性粉剂、 50%退菌特可湿性粉剂、 55%疫霜锰锌可湿性粉剂、 80%新万生可湿性粉剂等;抑制孢子萌发效果良好的化学药剂有:70%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、 55%疫霜锰锌可湿性粉剂、 50%退菌特可湿性粉剂、 80%新万生可湿性粉剂、 70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂、 45%石硫合剂可湿性粉剂等.
Hoja blanca of Prunus americana incidence in total is 20%-35%,among which the disease incidence of leaves is 10%-25% with disease index 10-25 in Hunan Province.The disease incidence of leaves went up to 50%-70%, with 100% of the disease incidence and 25-35 of the disease indices in serious diseasd areas. The results demonstrated that the sexual generation of disease-producing germ of hoja blanca of P. Americana was Macrophoma kawatsakai Hara. This disease chiefly damaged the leaves of P. americana and invaded the top or edge of leaves and formed leaf blight or half circle spots. The chemical germicides with good effect which can prevent the hyphae of this disease from growing included: mancozeb, thtophanate-methyl+thiram 70% WP、terraclor, quintozene+carbendazim 40% WP、tuzet 50% WP、fosetyl-aluminium+maneozeb 55% WP、manzat 80% WP、thosethyl-al 70% WP. thiophanate-methyl 70% WP、thiramziram 60% WP、carbendazol 50% WP、thiohanate-methy+mancozeb WP,and 1:1:100 solution of bordeaux mixtures. Preventing the hyphae from spreading can be realized by using the aforementioned germicides. The chemical germicides with good effect which can prevent spores from germinating included: mancozeb 70% WP、fosetyl-aluminium+ma-neozeb 55% WP、tuzet 50% WP、manzat 80% WP、thiophanate-methyl 70% WP、lime sufur 45% WP、and 1:1:100 solution of bordeaux mixture. Preventing the spores from germinating and intruding into the hosts can also be done by applying the aforementioned germicides.
