摘要
燃料与空气的混合均匀性对多缸发动机的各缸工作均匀性有很大影响。在发动机进气管上安装不同结构参数的天然气混合器,对天然气与空气的混合状态的影响进行研究,提出了有利于天然气与空气均匀混合的混合器结构和布置形式。并以一起天然气发动机在试验中的活塞烧蚀事故证实了分析结果的正确性。
The characteristis of the mixer of fuel with air has much effect of the working equality of a multi-cylinder engine.This article studies the fow state of the mixer of natural gas with air when the mixer with different structue parameters is installed in the engine inflate,and presents some mixer structures and disposal forms which are propitious to the equality mixer of natural gas with air.At last,it is proved to be true by an accident in which the piston of an engine is ablated in a CNG engine test.
