摘要
文章对中国绿色照明工程实施情况和效果进行了总结评价 ,并对进一步发展中国绿色照明工程提出了一些设想。
This paper has evaluated and concluded the achievements made by China Green Lights Program,as well as raised some ideals of further facilitating the process of China Green Lights Program.
