摘要
目的 探讨应用环指感觉神经传导速度 (sensorynerveconductionvelocity ,SCV)诊断腕管综合征的方法。方法 对 18例 ( 2 6手 )腕部感觉动作电位潜伏期正常的患者 ,行顺向感觉神经传导速度测定 ,测定环指正中神经和尺神经SCV ,中指正中神经SCV ,对其结果进行比较 ,并与 15例正常人 ( 3 0手 )作对照。结果 中指正中神经SCV的异常率为 5 0 % ,环指正中神经与尺神经SCV差值的异常率为 84.6%。刺激 6例 ( 9手 )患者环指后在正中神经腕部可记录到双峰波 ,对照组则未见。结论 在腕管综合征肌电图的诊断中 ,比较正中神经和尺神经SCV的差值是早期诊断腕管综合征的敏感指标之一。
Objective To investigate the method of diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) using ring finger sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV). Methods Eighteen cases (26 hands) with normal latency of wrist sensation action potential were studied. The sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) were recorded. The SCV in the median and ulnar nerve in the ring finger, SCV in the median nerve in the middle finger were recorded. Then the results were compared with those in 15 normal men (30 hands). Results The abnormal rate from median nerve in the middle finger was 50%. The abnormal rate of the difference in SCV between median and ulnar nerve in the ring finger was 84.6%. A double-peak wave was recorded in the median nerve at the wrist after stimulation of the affected ring finger in 6 cases (9 hands), but not found in control hands. Conclusion The difference of SCV between the median and ulnar nerve is one of the sensitive indicators for early diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome.
