摘要
应用虚拟样机软件ADAMS对洒浆机的机械系统和液压系统进行耦合仿真研究 ,以缸径为优化参数解决了洒浆机液压系统的冲击问题 ,通过对物理样机的实践 。
The virtual prototype software ADAMS was used in Grout-sprinkling machine design.The model of hydraulic system was coupled with its model of mechanical systems with ADAMS/View.The coupled system simulation was performed and the virtual model of hydraulic system was refined,and the problem of fluid impact of the system was solved.The physical prototype shows the simulation result is reliable.
