摘要
目的 研究龙虎黄芪汤对乙肝患者 c AMP、c GMP、LPO、SOD变化的影响。方法 采用放射免疫比色法分析。结果 服用龙虎黄芪汤后c AMP、SOD含量升高 ,c AMP/c GMP比值增加 ,L PO减少。
OBJECTIVE To study the role of the Ronghuhuangqitang on the cAMP,cGMP,LPO and SOD of plasma of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).METHODS Used Radioimmunoassay and the Colorimetry analyse.RESULTS and CONCLUSION After feeding of Ronghuhuangqitang, We observed significant increase of cAMP level, cAMP/cGMP ratio, an increase of SOD and a decrease of LPO.
