摘要
深圳华为科研中心超大型地下室底板及侧墙采用补偿收缩混凝土结构防水无缝施工技术,设置膨胀加强带,并在施工过程中对施工方案及时进行修正,待底板混凝土自身收缩大部分完成时再浇筑加强带混凝土,侧墙调整外加剂掺量及钢筋间距。工程竣工后,达到了地下室底板及侧墙无渗水现象,节约了投资成本。
Seamless waterproof construction technique of compensatory contraction concrete structure is adopted and expanding reinforcement belt is set in the super large basement foundation slab and sidewall of Shenzhen Huawei Scientific Research Center. The construction plan is timely revised in the process of construction. The belt is concreted after the self-contraction is mostly completed in the concrete foundation slab while the additive quantity and bar distance are adjusted in the sidewall. No seepage is found in the foundation slab and sidewall after the project is completed, the cost is thus saved.
