摘要
在自行设计的气化燃烧两段炉中对 4种常见的生物质物料进行了十几种不同工况的气化试验。分别研究在不同温度、不同气化介质、不同流量下 ,由气化生成的合成气中各组分含量和热值的变化趋势及规律。结果表明 :(1)随着温度的升高 ,CO和H2 含量增高 ;(2 )水蒸气的加入显著提高了H2 的含量 ;(3)在试验条件下 ,给料量为 5kg/h、富氧流量为 4 .5m3/h时 。
Gasification test of four biomass materials under more than ten different operation conditions has been carried out in a selfdesigned twostage combustion furnace for gasification. The content of components, as well as variation tendency and regularity of calorific value in synthetic gas resulting from gasification under different temperature, different medium of gasification, and different flow rate have been studied respectively. The results show that (1) the content of CO and H 2 is increased along with the enhancement of temperature; (2) the content of H 2 is obviously rised with addition of water vapour; (3) the effectiveness of gasification is better under test condition of material feed to be 5kg/h, and flow rate of rich oxygen to be 4.5 m 3/h.
