摘要
[目的]探讨胸水细胞8-OH-dG、p53基因表达在肺癌中的意义。[方法]收集53例肺癌病人、53例非肺癌病人的胸水,用免疫组化法测定两组8-OH-dG、p53基因的蛋白表达情况。[结果]肺癌组、非肺癌组胸水细胞8-OH-dG蛋白表达阳性率分别为75.5%(40/53)与15.1%(8/53),p53基因的蛋白表达阳性率分别为69.8%(37/53)与18.9%(10/53),两组比较差异有显著性,P值均<0.01。53例肺癌病人胸水细胞8-OH-dG、p53基因的蛋白表达分值均数分别为1.68±1.21与1.57±1.15,等级相关分析呈高度正相关(Rs=0.827,P<0.01)。[结论]胸水细胞8-OH-dG、p53基因的蛋白表达检测对于早期诊断肺癌具有一定的价值。
Purpose]To investigate the significance of expression of 8-OH-dG and p53 gene protein in pleural effusion cell of lung cancer.[Methods]Pleural effusion of 53 cases with lung cancer and 53 cases without lung cancer were collected.The expression of 8-OH-dG and p53 protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining.[Results]The positive expression rate of 8-OH-dG was 75.5%(40/53) in lung cancer group and 15.1%(8/53)in non-lung cancer group.The positive expression rate of p53 gene protein was 69.8%(37/53) in lung cancer group and 18.9%(10/53)in non-lung cancer group.There was significant difference between lung cancer group and non-lung cancer group.The median value of 8-OH-dG and p53 protein expression was 1.68±1.21 and 1.57±1.15 respectively.A highly positive correlation exited between the expression of 8-OH-dG and p53 protein in lung cancer by degree relative analysis(RS=0.827,P<0.01).[Conclusion]The detection of 8-OH-dG and p53 protein in pleural effusion cells has a certain clinical value in early diagnosis for lung cancer.
