摘要
结合1000kW交-直-交系统的地而试验及4 000kW原型机车的要求,对YQD-300异步牵引电动机进行了小时温升等五项试验。本文通过对试验结果的分析,表明所设计的异步牵引电动机具有起动电流小、起动转矩大、堵转时间长、温升低、恒功特性理想等优良性能。试验结果为新电机的设计提供了依据。
To meet the needs of the simulation test of 1 000 kW AC-DC-AC system and 4000kW prototype locomotive, five tests including hourly temperature rise have been conducted to YQD-300 asynchronous traction motor. Analysis to the test results shows that the asynchronous traction motor design features small starting current, big starting torque, long rotor locking time, low temperature rise as well as desirable constant power characteristic. The results have offered basis for new motor design.
