合成氨铁钴催化剂还原行为的研究

摘要 本文采用热分析手段,通过程序升温还原,研究了铁触媒中加入的CoO含量和铁比对还原过程的影响规律,并对还原机理进行了初步探讨。 In this paper, We treated the TG data with Coats-Redfern's method in order to study the effect of the CoO content and the iron ratio on the reduction of the fused iron catalyst containing cobalt for ammonia synthesis, and reseach the mode of reduction's kinetics. The results shows that: when content of CoO increase, the sample is easier to be reducted; In general, the iron ratio of catalyst is in the range of 0. 44-0.72, reaction order is close to 2/3, correspond to the Contracting Sphere Model: However, the iron ratio of catalyst is larger than 0.5(for example: 0.91), reaction order is close to 2, the Cubic Net Model may be satisfied.
