摘要
对转子系统碰磨故障进行了实验研究。分别采用铜、铁、钢和铝材料制成碰磨装置进行了实验 ,并分析了实验的结果。得到铝材料碰磨较其他材料的碰磨行为更为复杂可能产生于其摩擦系数较小的原因 ,铜和钢的较铁的行为复杂的原因是铜和钢的碰磨刚度较大。随着转速的升高 ,各材料的碰磨会导致系统行为更复杂 ,并且振幅变大。即使微小的碰磨的运行轨迹与正常状态和裂纹转子的运行轨迹也具有明显的区别 ,能够根据轴心轨迹识别转子的故障。
The rub and impact in rotor system is studied experimentally. With the rub settings made of copper, iron, steel and aluminum alloy respectively, the rub and impact phenomena are practiced and analyzed in experiment. Due to the smallest friction coefficient, the rub phenomena caused by aluminum alloy rub setting are more complicated than those caused by other rub settings, and the rub phenomena caused by copper and steel rub settings are more complicated than those caused by iron setting because the rub stiffness of copper and steel is bigger than that of iron. With the increase of rotating speed of the rotor, rub can make the behavior of rotor systems more complicatedly, and the amplitudes more higher.
