摘要
根据在石油库事故中绝大多数为责任事故,是由人的不安全行为造成的实际情况,对石油库的不安全因素和人的不安全行为进行了分析。为了防止人的不安全行为,确保油库的安全生产,提出了采取加强思想教育、加强职工业务和技术知识的学习与培训、改善工作条件、正确使用安全标志,领导关心职工生活等措施。
According to statistic, most accidents can be ascribed to unsafe behavior. Based on analy-sis of unsafe behavior, measures such as strength-ening education, vocational training, improving work condition and correct use of safety signs are presented to ensure safe production at oil depots.
