摘要
目前高校建设中因银行停止发放新的贷款致使资金链脱节,筹资风险显现,严重影响高校的建设和发展。本文就江苏高校建设现状,从四个方面分析存在的筹资问题及其产生的原因,并从政府和高校的角度提出防范债务风险的七条措施。
Now the risk of raising funds has been revealed in the development of higher learning insititutions because of banks' stopping provision of new loans which leads to the disconnection of funds chain. Based on the present developing situation of higher learning insititutions in Jiangsu province, this paper tries to analyze the existing difficulty of raising funds and its causes around four aspects. Then it addresses seven measures to alert the debt risk from the points of views of both government and higher learning institutions.
