摘要
针对复杂螺旋面数控加工中的刀具干涉问题进行了研究,利用最小有向距离理论,将刀具干涉检查问题转化为求取目标函数的全局最优值问题,利用遗传算法实现问题的全局寻优.通过对螺杆钻具加工实验,验证该算法的可行性与有效性.
Tool interference checking in NC machining complex helicoid is studied. With the principle of minimal orientation-distance, the question of tool checking is transferred into global optimizing process of orientation-distance function, which is solved with GA. The feasibility and the validity of the algorithm are validated with the experiment of machining screw drilling-tool used in oil-field.
