摘要
为使涡轮增压柴油机适于转速频繁变动的场合,建立了复合增压切换系统用以提高其瞬态响应特性。它由谐振系统、涡轮增压器和微机控制的电动蝶阀组成。其谐振腔的容积变化和压气机的短接,都根据增压器的转速信号由微机控制电动蝶阀执行。在加速初期压气机短接,增压器空载加速,并由谐振增压替代涡轮增压。在加速后期,谐振系统提高了固有频率并与增压器协同产生复合增压效应。本文用特征线法进行该复合系统的模拟计算和系统优化,并在微机采样和控制试验台上进行了对比试验,证明该系统能使柴油机的瞬态特性明显提高。
For suiting turbocharged diesel engine to the condition of sudden accele-ration,the Combined Charging with Changeover System was set up toimprove its transient response.This system is composed of resonance system,turbocharger and electricbutterfly valves controled by microcomputer.According to the signal ofturbine speed,computer controls the valves to short-circuit compressor andchange the resonance-cavity volume.At the first,the turbine could laydown its load to speed up fast,while the resonant supercharging takes theplace of turbocharging.Later,the resonance system raises the naturalfrequency and cooperates with turbocharger to produce a compound superc-harging effect.In order to simulate the transient process of this system and optimizethe structure,the characteristic method was used.The optimization resultwas tested on the experimental equipment of a real engine,and the testproved that the transient response of turbocharged diesel engine could beraised obviously with this new system.
