摘要
笔者报道手术室护理管理者新形势下面对的挑战有:护理工作复杂化,手术配合专业化,高新设备全面知识化,人员思想多样化。提出了相应的对策:重视质量教育,按级上岗,完善管理制度,护理管理法制化,专人专用,强化培养,以适应社会发展的要求,提高工作效率。
Administrators of operation room are facing new conditions of complication of nursing, specialization of operation, intellectualization of new and advanced equipment, and diversification of staff's thoughts. In order to adapt to the demand of social development and improve work efficiency, the author brings forward following relevant countermeasures: emphasizing education and enhancing knowledge, working in positions conforming to qualification, perfecting regulations and rules, specialized talents for special positions and enhancing cultivation.
