摘要
采用主成分分析,把甘蓝型油菜49个杂交组合的12个主要农艺性状和品质性状归纳为5个主成分,即产油因子、角果因子、长度因子、种质因子、粒质因子,它们约占总遗传变异量的90%。根据各主成分遗传贡献率的大小,以主成分为单位选育高产、优质油菜品种,应首先注意选择全株角果总数和主序角果数较多的、产油量高的杂种,结合选择主序较长的后代材料,然后选择分枝数较多的双低优系。根据上述选择原则,已选出10个产油量高、综合性状较好的杂交组合。
Ten agronomic and 2 quality characters of 49 hybrids from a 7×7 diallel cross in Brassica napus were analyzed by using the method of principal component analysis. The results showed that all 12 characters of the hybrids could be divided into 5 principal components, i.e. yield and oil factor, silique factor, main raceme length factor, glucosinolate germplasm factor, and seed size and quality factor, these together accounting for nearly 90% of the total genetic variation. For the breeding of a new cultivar with high yield and good quality characters, these principles are to be followed in terms of the genetic contribution of the principal components: fristly, choose the hybrids with more total silique per plant and silique of main reaceme, and higher yield and oil content: next select the progenies with longer main raceme; and finally retain good quality lines with more branches. To date, 10 hybrids were selected which proved to be high in yield and oil content and appreciated better character combination.
