摘要
针对某新型舰炮供弹率低的突出问题,采用现代机械理论中的并行时序方法,设计了配备中间储弹仓结构的4线旋转式下扬弹机,齿轮、齿条直线式上扬、推弹机构的新型供弹机构,并分析了机构运行不确定性因素对机构供弹率的影响.仿真和时序设计定性分析结果表明,利用该方法设计的新型结构供弹率比同口径舰炮供弹率提高了20%~30%,保证了系统供弹率≥45发/min的设计要求.同时说明该方法可以作为结构设计的主要方法之一进行广泛应用.
Focusing on the lower rate of a naval gun's feed-on system, a style of structure was designed that includes a 4-shell turning down-raiser, a gear-rack parallel framework pushing and raising shells, and a magazine on the way for transportation. The design is according to a method of parallel time order based on modern mechanical theory, and also gives a qualitative analysis of uncertain functional factors of this framework. By analyzing time order and the dynamic simulation of the framework, this structure can raise the feed-on rate by about 20 to 30 percent more than others with the same diameter and fulfill the design requirement of shooting 45 rounds per minute.
