摘要
目的 :了解武汉地区医院降糖药物使用情况和发展趋势。方法 :采用回顾性调查方法 ,对 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年武汉地区医院降糖药物销售金额、用药频度 (DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果 :3a来降糖药物销售金额和用药频度呈上升趋势。胰岛素用量逐年增长。口服降糖药物中磺酰脲类药物销售金额最大 ,而双胍类药物使用频度最高。结论 :注射胰岛素和口服降糖药物是控制血糖的有效方法。
Objective:To analyze the usage of hypoglycemic drugs in hospitals of Wuhan. Methods:To investigate hypoglycemic drug consumption in Wuhan during the past three years in respect of money and DDDs. Results:The consumption and frequency of hypoglycemic drugs during 2001-2003 showed an upward attitude. The dose of insulin has been increasing steadily. Conclusion:Sulfonylures were the first in the sum of money, and diguanides were used most frequently.
