摘要
为提高专业技术干部任期考评工作质量,使之达到真正调动专业技术干部拼搏向上,努力学习,刻苦钻研、勤奋工作、不断进取目的。对如何搞好技术干部任期考评工作,着重从加强组织领导、搞好思想教育、合理制定标准、严格考评程序、科学选用人才等方面进行了探讨,为搞好科技干部任期考评工作提供了经验。
To inquire into improve the examining and evaluating quality of tour of duty of the science and technology cadre,combining with the recuperation subject characteristic,it is expounded in this article that strengthening the organization leader;developing the thought education;resaonable establishing the standard;persisting in the examine with using consistent.
