摘要
阳极消耗与电解工艺参数和阳极质量有关。原料及生产工艺过程对阳极质量都有很大影响。组成阳极的主要原料是石油焦,因此石油焦的性能直接影响阳极的质量,尤其是阳极的氧化性与原料的抗氧化性有直接关系。本文通过分析影响石油焦CO2反应性及空气反应的因素,说明控制石油焦的杂质含量、提高体积密度、降低孔度对阳极生产的重要性。
The anode consumes to have something to do with electrolysis craft parameter and anode quality,Raw material and produce the craft process to all have the very big effecting to the anode quality,constitute the main raw material of the anode is a petroleum coke,For this reason petroleum coke of direct influence on the quality of an anode,particularly is oxidation that anti-oxidation that anode and raw material contain direct relation.This text passes the factor that analysis effect petroleum coke CO_2 reaction and air reaction,the impurities content of the instruction control petroleum coke,increase volume density,lower the importance that pore degree to the anode produce.
