论述了医院知识管理丈化的概念,指出知识管理文化是医院知识管理取得成功的重要因素,提出 了医院及医务人员要树立知识管理理念,建立促进医院知识管理的规章制度和激励机制,在知识管理实践中建 设知识共享型、知识创新型、知识应用型、学习型和人本型的医院知识管理文化。
<abstract>e author discusses the conception of knowledge management culture of hospital, points out that knowledge management culture is important factor for knowledge management of hospital to be high up in the pictures.He puts forward that hospital and its medical personnel must cultivate the idea of knowledge management, construct bylaw and excitation mechanism to promote knowledge management of hospital, and construct construct hospital's knowledge management culture of knowledge sharing type, knowledge innovation type, knowledge application type, learning type and people-oriented type in practice of knowledge management.
