摘要
从介质层的特性矩阵出发,导出了多层介质热波透射系数和反射系数的矩阵计算公式,并由此推出多层样品光热辐射信号的表达式。给出的两个三层样品的计算结果与实验值符合得很好。
Based on the characteristic matrix of a lamellar structure, a matrix method about thermal wave transmission and reflection coefficients is presented, and a calculating formula for photothermal radiometry signal of the multilayer media is given. The results of two three-ply samples calculated by this method are in good agreement with experimental data.
