摘要
为了适应职业化高密度、高水平的比赛,科学、有效、适宜的足球运动员机能评定越来越受到重视,通过多项科学的机能评定指标的测试和分析,可客观地诊断足球运动员竞技状态、运动性疲劳的程度、机体恢复的情况,对科学的调整竞技状态、合理安排运动训练负荷、预防过度训练和运动损伤有其积极的作用。
In order to meet the demand of the occupational competition of high frequencies and high standards, the scientific, valid and proper functional diagnosis of football players have being paid great attention to. Through tests and analysis of several scientific functional diagnosis indexes, we can diagnose objectively the contest appearances, degree of sport fatigue and the restoration circumstance of body, which is positive to adjust scientifically the contest states, arrange proper capacity of the training, and prevent excessive training and sports injuries.
