摘要
通过实验研究、数理统计、比较分析等方法,对重复训练法在短距离跑训练中不同专项、距离、季节与重复次数指标相关性进行实验研究。结果表明:不同专项、距离、季节气候与重复次数指标皆有相关性,其相关性存在一定的变化规律,即不同专项状况下的重复次数具有以400m为专项皆多于以100m为专项;不同距离状况下的重复次数随距离的加长而明显减少;不同季节气候状况下的重复次数多少总是从冬季→夏季→春季→秋季。因此,教练员在短距离跑训练中运用重复训练时,应充分考虑相关性变化规律,科学制订重复次数指标,使重复训练产生最佳训练效应。
The research deals with the correlations between the parameter of repetitive degrees and each factor of different subjects, distances and seasons in repetitive training for sprinting. The result acquired by the methods of experimental research, mathematical statistics and analytical comparison shows that there are marked correlations between the parameter of repetitive degrees and each factor of different subjects, distances and seasons. Meanwhile the correlations change by some rules which can be concluded into three. The one is that the repetitive degrees of 400m race training are more than that of 100m race training. The second is that the repetitive degrees will be reduced if the distance of training gets longer. The last is that the repetitive degrees will get more in the order of winter, summer, spring and autumn. According to the rules of change mentioned above, when the coaches train sprinters by the repetitive training method, they should take the correlations fully into account and make the scientific guideline of repetitive degrees for the sake of the best effect.
