摘要
应用"黄金分割法"原理提出健身适宜生理负荷量化的适宜区并进行实验验证。通过85名中年女性实验前后形态、身体机能、身体素质、血生化指标和骨代谢指标测试,结果显示:按照适宜健身负荷"黄金分割法"确定的运动强度进行锻炼,机体的自由基代谢、骨代谢、性激素水平和心肺功能得到改善和提高。实验初步验证了"黄金分割法"确定运动强度的可行性和可操作性。
By using the theory of 'Golden Section', the writer puts forward the fitting region of quantization of fitting physiological load and then does the experiment. Through the test to 85 middle-aged women of their figure, body function, body quality, biochemical index of blood and metabolism index of bone. The result shows: Under the training that confirmed by the 'Golden Section' of fitting load, many body function getting better, such as free radical metabolism of the organism, metabolism of bone, level of sex hormone and heart-lung function. The experiment primary verify the feasibility and reliability of using 'Golden Section' to confirm fitting load.
