摘要
通过回顾性分析69例颞下咽侧区肿瘤患者临床资料,总结出手术前后护理要点,术前心理护理,解除心理负担,做好术前准备、备血、清洁皮肤、准备负压引流袋和气管切开包等,个别患者需做术前颈总动脉压迫训练。术后密切观察病情变化,加强呼吸道管理,观察负压引流,给予营养支持,有助于减少或防止术后并发症的发生。
By retrospective analysis of 69 cases of infratemporal lateral pharyngeal tumors, the authors summed up key points of nursing including psychological care to relieve the mental pressure, careful preoperative preparation like preparation of blood, cleaning of skin and preparation of negative pressure drainage bag and tracheal incision pack, preoperative training of pressing common carotid artery, postoperative close observation of conditions, reinforcement of management of respiratory tract, observation of negative pressure drainage and good support of nutrition so as to reduce and prevent complications.
