摘要
目的 探讨耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术后膀胱颈挛缩(BNC)发生的原因,鉴别诊断,治疗方法的选择及预防的方法.方法 本组 BNC 21例,其中 19例经尿道冷刀切开治疗;2例行尿扩治疗.结果 术后随访 6个月,19例经尿道冷刀切开治疗后痊愈.结论 BNC最佳的治疗方法是经尿道行冷刀切开术.
ve To discuss the cause, differential diagnosis, treatment option and prevention of bladder neck contracture ( BNC) after suprapubic prostatectomy. Methods This group includes 21 cases of BNC: 19 of them were treated by transurethral incision with cold knife; the rest by urethral dilation. Results 19 cases, who were followed for 6 months after transurethral incision with cold knife, were all cured . Conclusions Transurethral incision with cold knife is the most effective method for the treatment of BNC.
