摘要
目的 :研究舰艇冲击运动对机体损伤的特点。方法 :设 3个冲击强度 ,用雄性新西兰兔在冲击机上进行模拟舰艇冲击实验 ,以大体解剖、病理切片和X线摄片方法检查兔内脏和骨骼的损伤状况 ,并对不同冲击强度组间动物内脏的损伤进行比较。结果 :冲击伤Ⅰ组主要是内脏与皮下组织轻度出血 ;冲击伤Ⅱ组主要是内脏、皮下组织轻度至中度出血 ,个别兔出现胸腹壁 (或胸腹腔 )重度出血 ;冲击伤Ⅲ组主要是内脏和皮下组织中度至极重度出血 ,部分兔出现内脏破裂和胸腹腔积血以及骨折等极重度损伤。结论
Objective: To investigate the effects and characteristics of ship shock motion on injury of the body. Methods: Three levels of shock motion intensity were set for the experiment. Male New Zealand rabbits were used for the simulated ship shock experiment by shock machine. The experimental animals were examined by means of anatomy, histology and X ray film for sustained injuries to the bone and viscera. And concerning the extent of injury, a comparison was made between groups with different shock intensity. Results: Rabbits in shock injury group 1 mainly manifest slight visceral and subcutaneous tissue hemorrhage; Injuries for rabbits in shock injury group 2 are mainly slight to medium visceral and subcutaneous tissue hemorrhage, with some rabbits having severe hemorrhage in thoracicoabdominal wall; Rabbits in shock injury group 3 mainly manifest medium to severe visceral and subcutaneous tissue hemorrhage, with some rabbits having very severe lesion as rupture of viscera, pleuroperitoneal hematocele and bone fracture. Conclusion: The severity of shock induced lesion on the animals increases with the intensity of ship shock load.
