摘要
目的 :探讨腹腔镜在妇科疾病诊治中的临床价值。方法 :选取2003年4月～2004年4月妇科良性疾病电子腹腔镜妇科手术63例。其中既往有腹部手术史14例。结果 :63例镜下成功完成 ,手术时间20～170分钟,术中出血3～120ml,肛门排气最短时间3小时 ,最长31小时 ;30小时均能下床活动 ,术后一般无发热。术中无并发症 ,术后并发症为肩痛 ,肋下痛。结论 :腹腔镜在妇科疾病诊治中的应用具有广阔前景。
Objective:To study the clinical value of laparoscope in diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic disease.Methods:63 patients with benign disease from 2003 to 2004 in our haspital were treated by television laparoscope,in which 14 cases had history of abdominal operation.Results:All the operations in 63 cases under laparocope were successful.The operative time was 20～180 minutes,the intraoperative hemorrhage was 2～120 ml,the time of anal exsuflation was 3～31 hours after operation.All patients were able to get out of bed for activity in 30 hours after operation.No serious complication was found except omalgia.Conclusion:Application of laparoscope in diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic disease possesses a broad prospect.
