摘要
套管式相变换热器因可产生过热蒸汽而提高装置热效率 ,广泛用于能源、化工、冶金等行业。本文针对此例换热器的结构与稳、动态传热及流动耦合特性、变工况特性 ,进行了一、二次侧稳态热工水力特性分布计算 ,并基于EICE算法对此类换热器进行了静、动态稳定性计算分析。
According to the complex steady and dynamic coupling heat transfer and flow characteristics of phase-change heat exchanger, this paper conducts a steady state distribution computation on the thermo-hydraulic characteristics of both primary and secondary sides. Moreover, based on a modified EICE algorithm, study on static and dynamic instabilities of this type of exchanger is carried out.
