摘要
围绕目前社会关注的我国反垄断立法问题,在考察、介绍国内外反垄断立法情况,特别是我国现有涉及反垄断的法律法规的同时,着重对我国目前在反垄断模式、对自然垄断和行政垄断的规制以及反垄断机构的设置等方面的研究成果和主要观点进行了综述。
By introducing the domestic and foreign situation of antimonopoly legislation, the paper summarizes the research fruits and primary viewpoints in this field, centering on the relevant mode and the setup. It also discusses the regulation and restriction for natural and administrative monopoly.
