摘要
目的 :建立氨茶碱的血药浓度测定方法。方法 :用紫外分光光度法测定氨茶碱血药浓度 ,测定波长为 2 6 9nm。结果 :样品浓度在 0 5~ 3 0 μg/ml范围内 ,与ΔA样品空白 呈良好线型关系 ,标准曲线 :ΔA =0 0 4 16C +0 0 0 2 ,r =0 9998;平均回收率 87 6 9%± 2 4 9% ,精密度日内、日间相对标准偏差均在 5 %以内。结论 :紫外分光光度法能消除血清干扰 ,方法简便、快速。
Objective:To establish a method of determining the concentration of theophyline in rabbits’ serum. Method:The concentration of theophyllamine in rabbits’ serum was determined with spectrophotometry.The determination wavelenghth were 269nm. Results:The method was linear between theophyllamine concentration of 0.5~2.5μg/ul and ΔA.The standard regessive curve was ΔA(μg/ml)=0.0416C+0.002,r=0.9998。The average recovery rate was (87.69±2.49)%,RSD in one day or during two days was below 5% . Conclusion:The results showed that this method could eliminate the interference of serum itself and is simple and rapid and accurate.
