摘要
本文针对外文采访数据库中存在的N次方字符无法实现的问题 ,分析了windows所使用的字符集 ,提出了用windows软件中造字程序来解决的方法。
This article a im s at the technical problem of the Nth power character in acquisition databases f or western language books,and analysis the character set which windows operation system used.Meanwhiles,it also puts forward the means of character creation pro gram to solve this problem.
