中国二板市场由于独特的金融制度安排 ,面临制度性风险。本文主要从交易机制、市场监管制度。
Because of its special financial institution,Chinese second-hand stockmarket is facing institutionˉal risk.This essay proposes some advice to prevent it from this risk,from the aspects of exchange mechanism,market supervising system and information publication system.
