摘要
按GB5 5 1 6- 85规定的检测方法 ,通过对同一样品反复多次试验 ,剖析样品加工精度、粗细度、糊化沸腾程度等因素对测定结果的影响程度 ,为粮食检测工作者对粘度测定的操作环节形成统一观点提供参考 ,以使我们获得的数据更准确、有效。
The same sample was tested several times according to the method of GB5516-85,the processing degree,degree of thickness,gelatinization were determined to analyze the influence of these factors on determination results.
