摘要
本试验利用黄瓜(Cucumis Sativus L.)4个自交系,采用Griffing第2种方案配制6个杂交组合,对黄瓜的9个农艺性状进行了杂种优势分析和配合力分析。结果表明,总产量、前期产量、座果率、结果数、瓜形指教、平均单瓜重、叶面积等性状为正向优势,第一雌花节位和节间长为负向优势。
Four inberd lines of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L. )selected as experimental mateial,the heterosis and combining ability of nine agronomic characters have been analysed by the second method of Griffing's complete dialles cross. Heterosis exists in all 9 agronomic characters of F_1. The yield is affected mostly by two agronomic characters——the fruit number of a plant and the average fruit weight. The cross 111×112 selected will be valuable for cucumber breeding and production.
